2. Home Tutor & Online / Offline Classes | होम ट्यूटर व क्लासेस

Classes are provided for skill development and creative learning. Results may vary based on student interest, practice, age, and dedication. We do not guarantee academic results, ranks, awards, or professional success.

होम ट्यूटर, ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन क्लासेस कौशल विकास के लिए होती हैं। परिणाम छात्र की मेहनत, रुचि और अभ्यास पर निर्भर करते हैं। किसी भी प्रकार के रिज़ल्ट या सफलता की गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।

3. Competitions, Workshops & Events | प्रतियोगिता व वर्कशॉप

Participation in competitions, exhibitions, and workshops is voluntary. Judges’ and institute decisions regarding results, certificates, and prizes shall be final and binding.

सभी प्रतियोगिताएँ और वर्कशॉप स्वैच्छिक हैं। जूरी और संस्थान का निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होगा।

4. Art Gallery & Intellectual Property | आर्ट गैलरी व अधिकार

All artworks submitted remain the intellectual property of the respective artist. By submitting artwork, participants grant permission to display and promote their artwork on our website and social media.

सभी आर्टवर्क कलाकार की संपत्ति रहते हैं। सबमिट करने पर कलाकार वेबसाइट और सोशल मीडिया पर प्रदर्शन व प्रचार की अनुमति देता है।

5. Shopping & Products | शॉप व प्रोडक्ट्स

Products sold in our Art & Craft Shop are for educational and creative purposes only. Product images are indicative. Prices and availability may change without notice.

शॉप में उपलब्ध प्रोडक्ट शैक्षिक और रचनात्मक उपयोग हेतु हैं। प्रोडक्ट इमेज सांकेतिक हो सकती हैं और कीमतें बदल सकती हैं।

6. Payments | भुगतान

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store debit/credit card or UPI details.

सभी भुगतान सुरक्षित थर्ड-पार्टी गेटवे के माध्यम से होते हैं। हम कार्ड या UPI विवरण स्टोर नहीं करते।

7. Refund & Cancellation | रिफंड व कैंसलेशन

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before enrolling or purchasing.
