These Terms apply to ModelNCharts accounts and the Creative Videos community operated for users in Delhi, India and users accessing the service online.
Users must provide accurate account information and verify the email used for the account. Accounts may be suspended for false information, abuse, fraud or policy violations.
Public reels may be displayed, searched, shared and potentially indexed by search engines. Private reels are intended for restricted access and may be changed or removed by the account owner, subject to technical limitations and moderation requirements.
Tutor listings require a Tutor ID and verification. A tutor listing stays unpublished until verification and admin approval are completed. Approval can be rejected, suspended or removed when information cannot be verified or when policies are breached.
Tutor requests are user-generated. ModelNCharts may moderate, edit for safety, hide or remove requests before or after publication.
Community posts may include a title, text, tags and one optional image. Text is limited to 150 words. Every community post must pass moderation before public display.
Collaboration requests are subject to admin approval. Participation, payments, contracts and results between users are the responsibility of the participating parties unless separately stated by ModelNCharts.
The listed verification fee is ₹1,500 per month. Verification is an approval-based service, not a guaranteed endorsement. The badge may expire after the approved period or be removed for inaccurate information, policy violations or other legitimate moderation reasons. The platform should separately document payment/refund terms.
Users must own, license or otherwise have permission to upload videos, audio, images, text and other content. Do not upload copyrighted or private material without permission.
Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful or malicious content; malware; impersonation; harassment; or unauthorized advertising. Comments may restrict external links.
ModelNCharts may review, approve, reject, hide or remove reels, posts, listings, collaborations and accounts when required for safety, quality, legal compliance or platform policy.
Account, verification, upload and moderation information may be processed to operate the service, prevent abuse, provide features and meet legal obligations. Users should review the published privacy policy when available.
ModelNCharts may provide in-platform coins or activity rewards for genuine use. Example reward rules may include 1,000 bonus coins after at least 100 distinct reels have been genuinely viewed and engaged with through a like or comment. View rewards may be calculated at 0.1 paisa per eligible rewarded view, with a maximum of ₹1 of view rewards in any rolling 24-hour reward window. Repeated refreshes, automated traffic, self-viewing patterns, fake accounts, coordinated engagement, spam, bots, proxies used to manipulate rewards, or other artificial activity do not qualify.
Cash-equivalent rewards are subject to eligibility, fraud checks and administrator review. A reward payout request may be submitted after the displayed minimum balance is reached (currently ₹100). ModelNCharts may suspend, adjust or reject rewards where abuse or invalid activity is detected. Monetary payout eligibility may be limited to legally eligible adults and may be subject to applicable Indian tax and compliance requirements. The platform does not promise a fixed income or guaranteed payout.
The service is operated for users in India. Applicable Indian law may apply to platform use and transactions, subject to the final legal terms published by ModelNCharts.
Registration requires acceptance of these Terms. Posting or submitting community content also means the user agrees to the relevant moderation and content rules.

Payout details are stored securely and are not public. Payments are released only after required account, payout-detail and admin verification. Artificial views, spam, automated activity and coordinated manipulation are not eligible.
