Admission & Payment: Booking is confirmed only after full/advance fees payment via provided payment methods. Admission is provisional until payment verification. Students admitted will get free entry to the Rangchitran Online Competition (fee ₹299, admission holders get 50% discount).

Scholarship: Scholarship discount applies to Professional courses only and is based on last year's marks% (declare accurately). If incorrect/false marks or payment mismatch detected, admission may be canceled and fees non-refundable as per policy.

Refunds: Refunds considered within 7 days before course start; administrative fees apply. Demo/single class fees non-refundable. Final detailed policy to be provided at admission.

Slot Policy: Each slot has limited capacity (age-wise). When a slot is full it shows "Full" and the system auto-creates next slot. Overbooking not allowed.
